Pump.fun launch strategy
The whole launch as one document: four phases, the decisions each phase owns, and the parts of the outcome nobody running the launch can control.
Open the entryPreparation is the only phase of a launch where you are working without an audience, which makes it the only phase where mistakes are cheap. Everything filed here happens before the mint transaction is signed: the fields a stranger will read, the wallet policy you will be asked about, the budget that decides how long you can stay in the room, and the conditions under which you would stop.
The phase ends at a single moment, and after that moment most of these decisions are expensive or impossible to revisit. Treat the sheet as a sign-off rather than a wish list.
Everything that has to be finished, agreed and written down before the mint transaction is signed: metadata, wallet policy, communications, budget and the checklist that ties them together.
01Operating plan
The whole launch as one document: four phases, the decisions each phase owns, and the parts of the outcome nobody running the launch can control.
Open the entry02Checklist
A sign-off sheet for the day before mint, grouped by owner, with the items that are cheap now and impossible to fix once the curve is live.
Open the entry03Setup
Name, ticker, image, description and links: the fields that are permanent, the ones that are not, and how each one is read by a stranger three seconds after landing.
Open the entry04Review
The failures this desk sees over and over, grouped by the phase that produced them, each with the cheap preventive step that was skipped.
Open the entryPreparation feeds directly into the running order for the first hours, and the decisions taken here are the ones a stalled launch is diagnosed against. The two phases below are where the consequences show up.
